Step 1
In a bowl, add the avocado, lemon juice, DASH seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss and add to blender.
Step 2
Blend until mostly smooth, leaving a few chunks. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Place toasted bread on plate, spread 1 tablespoon of avocado mash and top with the sliced egg.
Step 4
Drizzle honey on top. Garnish with black pepper and smoked paprika if desired.
