Instructions

Step 1
Saute diced vegetables in olive oil (5-10 min)
Step 2
Add garlic, passata, wine, salt, pepper. Simmer at low heat for 25 mins, stir occasionally.

Cook pasta al dente in the mean time.

Add to preheated baking dish the ricotta, pasta, sauce, and fresh basil. Serve with parmigiana.
