Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, yoghurt and seasoning until a crumbly consistency.
Step 2
Knead until a dough ball forms.
Step 3
Cut the dough into 8 portions.
Step 4
Flatten them as much as possible.
Step 5
Add fillings, fold in the edges and seal the balls.
Step 6
Grease pan and cook over a medium head for 4 mins on each side.
