Instructions

Step 1
1. Chop broccoli into small pieces 2. Melt margarine with garlic before adding flour and stirring constantly 3. Add milk and wait while stirring occasionally to thicken 4. Add stock and seasonings before adding pasta 5. Simmer for 5 minutes with lid on before adding broccoli and replacing lid and simmering for a further 10 minutes 6. Stir in cheese and mix well
