Blended Choc Overnight Oats

BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS! πŸ’« β€’ packing !! 35g !! of plant based protein while tasting like a literal pudding in a bowl! Honesty you gotta try this one for yourself 🫑 Ingredients: βž• 50g instant oats (used these so I didn’t actually have to blend anything lol, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!) βž• 25g soy isolate protein βž• 180ml milk / water βž• 1 tsp chia seeds βž• Frozen raspberries Choc topping: βž• 10g cacao powder βž• 50g vegan yoghurt βž• water to mix (add gradually until desired consistency) βž• Chocolate soy crispies πŸ’« mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place raspberries at the bottom of a bowl, pour the mix over the top, followed by your choc ganache. Leave to set overnight & enjoy in the morning !! . . . . .
