Blended Choc Overnight Oats
BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS! ๐ซ โข packing !! 35g !! of plant based protein while tasting like a literal pudding in a bowl! Honesty you gotta try this one for yourself ๐ซก
Ingredients:
โ 50g
instant oats (used these so I didnโt actually have to blend anything lol, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!)
โ 25g
soy isolate protein
โ 180ml milk / water
โ 1 tsp chia seeds
โ Frozen raspberries
Choc topping:
โ 10g cacao powder
โ 50g vegan yoghurt
โ water to mix (add gradually until desired consistency)
โ Chocolate soy crispies
๐ซ mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place raspberries at the bottom of a bowl, pour the mix over the top, followed by your choc ganache. Leave to set overnight & enjoy in the morning !!
