Blended Choc Overnight Oats
BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS! π« β’ packing !! 35g !! of plant based protein while tasting like a literal pudding in a bowl! Honesty you gotta try this one for yourself π«‘
Ingredients:
β 50g
instant oats (used these so I didnβt actually have to blend anything lol, but you can use normal oats and blend until you get oat flour consistency!)
β 25g
soy isolate protein
β 180ml milk / water
β 1 tsp chia seeds
β Frozen raspberries
Choc topping:
β 10g cacao powder
β 50g vegan yoghurt
β water to mix (add gradually until desired consistency)
β Chocolate soy crispies
π« mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place raspberries at the bottom of a bowl, pour the mix over the top, followed by your choc ganache. Leave to set overnight & enjoy in the morning !!
