Instructions

Step 1
Method: Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees Add the spinach, chicken, gnocchi and veg to the dish. Seperately, you will need 100ml chicken stock per dish, x 4 for 4 dishes, then add the paprika, garlic, Italian herbs & chilli flakes, and yoghurt, and whizz until combined (whizz for longer to thicken) Add the chicken stock mixture to the meal prep bowls (100ml per container) and then top with cheese & cracked black pepper. Give it a little stir together, making sure the spinach is fully submerged in the stock mix (so that it wilts) sauce will thicken as it cooks & cools. Cook in the oven at 190 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Make sure meal is thoroughly re-heated before eating.
