Instructions
Step 1
Add soyabean in water and boil it for 2-3 boils
Drain the water and keep the soaked soyabeans aside
Step 2
Add some oil in a kadai Add the sliced onions in the kadai and fry till translucent Make a ginger garlic paste and add it to the kadai and fry till golden brown
Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder in the kadai and fry till the masale are cooked
Add the tomatoes to it and fry till they are mashable
Step 3
Add the soyabeans in the kadai and mix well
Keep adding water occasionally according to the consistency Add garam masala and mix
Add coriander and mix and let it rest for a while
