Instructions
Step 1
Stir 1/4 c water with honey, pepper, salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Stir flour, turmeric, salt. Add chicken, toss to coat
Step 3
Heat oil to medium high in large skillet. Add chicken, cook until turmeric is fragrant and chicken is golden brown (2-3 min)
Step 4
Stir in asparagus, salt. Cook 1-2 min until crisp tender.
Step 5
Add honey sauce until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened, 2-3 min
Step 6
Remove from heat. Add vinegar.
Step 7
Serve with lime, rice, or vermicelli noodles
