Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients here until it is smooth.

Sunflower oil1 tbl
Salt3
flour1 cup

Vanilla essence1 tsp
Step 2
Take your smooth mixture and slowly add the water in.

Step 3
Heat your pancake pan with a dash of oil. Avocado Lemon Oil is a favourite.

Pour your pancake mix into the pan. You want to try to make it thin and cover as much pan as possible.
The first one is always a fail.
Step 5
Keep going until you run out of mixture! Enjoy!
