Instructions
Step 1
Grind the salmon and add all its ingredients with it and mix well. Then shape them into 100g balls in a ring sprayed with oil to make them round flat thick
Step 2
For the glaze simply mix the ingredients in a bowl
Step 3
For the slaw also mix the ingredients in a bowl
Step 4
Put oil in a skillet and heat it. Then fry the salmon patty on both side until browned and crispy a bit. Then into the oven for 7 mins. Before the last 2 mins, brush them with the glaze
Step 5
To assemble, bun, salmon, brush again, slaw, guacamole optional on the upper bun and close
