if you have leftover chicken — or maybe you need an excuse to make chicken 🥲 — make these quick and easy, cheesy grilled chicken pesto pockets! (idk what to call them, okay!?)

Step 1
Mix flour, yogurt, and seasonings until a crumbly consistency, then knead with your hands until a dough ball forms. Cut the dough into 8 small portions/balls. Flatten them as much as possible, then add the fillings, folding up the edges to seal the ball. Grease a pan and cook over medium heat for ~4 mins on each side until golden brown,.
