2zest of limes
1 tablespoondark soy sauce
4garlic cloves
crushed
1 teaspoonground ginger
2lemongrass stalks
1juice of lemon
2 tablespoonshoney
1red chilli
sliced
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
100gmangetout
100gbaby corn
200gflat rice noodles
lime juice
to serve
coriander
to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, apart from the noodles. Cook in the slow cooker on high for 3 hours. Serve with cooked noodles and garnish with a squeeze of lime, coriander and peanuts
