Kibbeh Nayi

7 steps
Prep:15minCook:5min
Kibbeh Nayi Is a lebanese raw meat delicacy, filled with so much flavour and so damn delicious! Enjoyed with lebanese bread and some good quality Olive Oil… YUM! 🤤 I used chilli.bang.sauces for the extra Chilli hit & let me just say, it took this Kibbeh to another level of WOW! If you can’t grab yourself a jar and chilli powder and chilli flakes instead (desired amount) If you have any Kibbeh left over, you can make kibbeh Bil Sayniyi, Kebbi meshwiyi or some fried Kibbeh, they’re all just as delicious! 😍

Place the fine Burghul in a bowl and completely cover them with the Tabli (veggie mixture) we made and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. This will allow the Burghul to soak up the liquid from the mixture and soften.
