Ingredients
2 servings
3garlic cloves
2spring onion
1 Tbspcurry powder
2 Tbsppeanut butter
2 Tbsproasted peanut
crushed
500mlveg stock
250mlcoconut milk
1lime
juice of
½ tspMSG
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspbrown sugar
mushrooms
1 Tbspgarlic powder
oil
peanuts
crushed
ramen noodles
soup, to serve to 2
wonton
dumplings
chilli oil
roasted peanuts
crushed
chives
coriander
lime
sesame seeds
nori sheets
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
-fry your minced garlic and spring onion until soft and browned then add the spices and fry for another few minutes before the veg stock, lime juice and then simmer to thicken and reduce.
Step 2
-mix the peanut butter, sugar and soy sauce then add your broth to this mixture.
Step 3
-roast your seasoned mushrooms in the oven, halfway through add the crushed peanuts.
Step 4
-boil/steam your dumplings, also boil your noodles until almost cooked then serve with the hot broth and dumplings topped with the garnishes and enjoy x
