Boil and cook pasta
Step 2
Melt butter in a large frying pan add the prawns and garlic and cook for 3 or 4 minutes
Until the prawns are opaque and cooked through Scrape into pan and return to the heat
Add remaining butter to the frying pan
Once melted increase the heat until turns golden brown and smells nutty Add stock to butter cook for 3 to 4 mins until slightly reduced
Add the the pasta to the butter pan together with garlic prawns and lemon juice Add plenty of seasoni g toss and coat Serve
