Instructions
Step 1
Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces
Step 2
Cut veggies
Step 3
Place in a container with a lid (sausage, shrimp, and veggies can go together)
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings
Step 5
Cover with lid and shake well
Step 6
Set air fryer to 400° and place sausage, shrimp and veggies in basket (may need to cook in batches depending on air fryer size)
Step 7
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway
Step 8
This can also be baked in the oven at 375° for 35-40 on a large baking sheet
