Honey chipotle chicken and halloumi rice

Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Rub in throughly.
Step 2
Begin to pan fry the chicken breast in the garlic purée.
Step 3
Dice the halloumi and fry in a seperate pan until golden.
Step 4
When the chicken has started to brown, add in the courgette, pepper and onion. Fry until the vegetables have slightly softened.
Step 5
Add in the chipotle paste, honey and salsa. Combine well. Loosen with a little water if needed.
Step 6
Cook the rice according to pack instructions and add to the pan. Finish with the halloumi, perinaise and parsley.
