Step 1
Cook onion with garlic and all spices until soft
Step 2
Add in potatoes and coconut cream with a cup of boiling water
Step 3
And a cup of red lentils with all vegetables, chickpeas, tomato paste and a teaspoon of lemon juice
Step 4
Let simmer until potatoes are done and enjoy!
