For the Crispy Tofu:
For the Spicy Peanut Sauce:
⅛ cuppeanut butter
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
½ tablespoonrice vinegar
½ tablespoonhoney
½ teaspoonginger
grated
¼ teaspoonchili flakes
⅛ cupwater
For the Sesame Noodles:
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Tofu: Cut tofu into cubes, toss with cornstarch and salt. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry tofu until golden brown and crispy.
Step 2
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and chili flakes. Add water to thin if desired.
Step 3
Assemble: Toss noodles with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Plate the noodles, top with crispy tofu and drizzle with spicy peanut sauce. Garnish with green onions (optional).
