Instructions

Step 1
Place the carrots, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and fresh dill in a large resealable bag. Toss to combine the ingredients inside the bag, then remove the excess air from the bag and seal.
Step 2
Place the maple roasted carrots ingredients in the freezer until you’re ready to start cooking.

ansfer the carrots to the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 5
Pour the contents of the bag into a large baking sheet coated with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
Step 6
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the pan and stir the carrots. Return the pan to the oven to bake for another 12 to 20 minutes, until the carrots are tender and the edges are beginning to brown.
