Instructions
Step 1
Mix cut Chicken and lemon juice
Step 2
Heat oil and fry chicken
Step 3
Remove chicken and caramelise onion in same pan
Step 4
Add garlic ginger paste and fry for 5 mins

Add chicken back to the pan with the butter, cook medium for 3 mins

Add spices mixed (tumeric, chilli, coriander, salt, msg)
Step 7
Add splash of water to stop spices from burning

Add cut tomatoes
Step 9
Cover and cook for 10 mins
Step 10
Remove tomato skin and mash tomatoes into gravy
Step 11
Add yogurt, mix and cook down for 20 mins
Step 12
Add garam masala and ground black pepper
Step 13
Reduce to a thick curry and serve with paratha and rice
