Instructions

Step 1
Add butter to a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, when the butter melts place cheese slices into the hot pan and let melt slightly.
Step 2
Beat eggs in a small bowl.
Step 3
Add eggs to the pan on top of the melted cheese, continue cooking stirring constantly to keep the texture of the eggs smooth and creamy and to prevent overcooking, about 3-5 minutes.
