Nando’s chicken sliders 😍🍔 these were absolutely dreamyyyy albeit a wee bit spicy for my spice-sensitive tastebuds 😂 had to suffer through the heat as they were just soooo yum 🤤🔥 *just maybe reduce the Nando’s sauce if you’re also a wuss 🤣 could add lemon & herb/ extra cream cheese or even some bbq/ other sauce for a milder flavour twist! Recipe makes 6 sliders 👇🏼⁣ ⁣ 600g chicken⁣ 20g Nando’s rub⁣ 1 tbsp garlic Italian seasoning⁣ 120g Nando’s medium sauce*⁣ 70g lightest Philadelphia⁣ 6 mozzarella slices/ other cheese slice⁣ 80g mozzarella cheese mix⁣ 50g light flora⁣ 1/2 tsp garlic⁣ Bunch parsley, chopped⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Cals - 432⁣ Carbs - 31g⁣ Fat - 16g⁣ Protein - 40g

Instructions

Step 1
Fry off the chicken with the rub and seasoning then pour into a bowl and mix with the Nando’s sauce and cream cheese.⁣ In a large baking dish layer a slice of mozzarella on top of 6 bread roll bottoms, then pour the chicken mix over followed by the grated cheese mix.⁣ Add the tops then brush over the flora mixed with the garlic and herbs (I melt the flora for 10-15 secs in the microwave first!)⁣ Bake in the oven on 180°C for at least 5 minutes! I recommend covering with foil and baking for 5-10 mins, then removing the foil for 5 more mins 👌🏼⁣
