Ingredients

1.5habanero pepper
scotch bonnet is better if you can find them
10 sprigsthyme
plucked
10garlic cloves
⅓ cuplime
⅓ cuporange juice
½ cupsoy sauce
½ cupcoconut sugar
or brown sugar
2 Tbspdistilled white vinegar
1 tspcinnamon
½ tspnutmeg
1 Tbspcoriander
1 ½ tspblack pepper
1 Tbspallspice
3 Tbspunsalted butter
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a mixer. Save 1/3 in a pot then marinade the chicken in the remaining 2/3. Let them marinate for 12 hours
Step 2
Smoke them at 375F for 50 mins
Step 3
Heat the pot and add more orange juice and lemon and let it reduce by half. Then add cold unsalted butter mix in and drizzle over the wings
