Pork chop quick n easy

I was bored with plain pork chops with either potatoes or cheesy rice. I googled pork chops and diced tomatoes. So I looked over a few recipes and broke out on my own. And this is how it turned out. Awesome of course.

Instructions

Step 1
Make rice and start on pork chops add flour and all spices in a bowl. Pat pork chops in flour flipping multiple. Knock extra flour off. Have 2 Tblspn oil heating in a pan on Medium heat. Fry on each side even along the sides if the chop. Meat thermometer should read 155° to 160°. Set pork aside add rice tomatoes and sliced onion and the spices heat for about 5-8 min. Then pour the rice/tom mixture into a small casserole dish. Then put chops into rice and cover up. Bake at °350 for 20 min. And enjoy.
