Do you like coconut?🄄🄰 these fluffy coconut pancakes topped with mango and peanut butter were just what I needed for breakfast this morningšŸ„­šŸ™ŒšŸ»ā£ā£ ⁣⁣ šŸ„žšŸ„„Fluffy coconut pancakesšŸ„„šŸ„žā£ā£ Makes 2 servings⁣ ✨ingredients✨⁣⁣ - 120g flour (1 cup)⁣⁣ - 1.5 tbsp sugar⁣⁣ - 1 tsp baking powder ⁣⁣ - Pinch of salt⁣⁣ - 1 tbsp chia seeds⁣⁣ - 2 tbsp shredded coconut ⁣⁣ - 200ml coconut milk (5/6 cup) ⁣⁣ ✨method✨⁣⁣ 1.
