120g chicken breast
1 tortilla wrap
30g halloumi
15g perinaise
10g chilli jam
Peppers, red onion, mushrooms
Cucumber, tomatoes, rocket
Peri seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper
Such a good quick & easy lunch or pair with some potato chips for tea/a bigger meal. High in protein, flavour & veggies to make a balanced meal to keep you full and satisfied 🌯 & ofc using one pan to make it super simple & easy to clean up

Step 1
1. Season & cook chicken breast with peppers, onion & mushrooms. Fry halloumi in a little chilli jam until cooked on both sides. 2. Add chopped tomatoes, cucumber & rocket to a bowl with your cooked chicken, pepper, onion & mushroom mix, add perinaise & chilli jam and mix until everything is coated. 3. Add your wrap to the pan, add filling to one side, top with halloumi and allow the wrap to toast up. Fold it over and flip where necessary to crisp it up. Slice & enjoy! 😋
