30gparmigiano reggiano
shredded or grated

1juice of lemon

2 tablespoonsgarlic purée

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tsponion powder

1 tablespoonsalt

1 tspblack pepper

2 tsproasted garlic brown butter seasoning
optional

crushed red pepper

½ cupwater

30gbutter

672gpasta
cooked to 50%

½ cuppasta water
reserved

800g2% cottage cheese
blended

120g1/3 fat cream cheese

120gparmigiano reggiano

240mlmilk

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add chopped chicken, parmesan reggiano, lemon juice, garlic purée, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, kinder roasted garlic brown butter seasoning (optional), crushed red pepper, and water to slow cooker and mix. Evenly distribute butter on top and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.

Step 2
Boil pasta until 50% cooked, reserving half a cup of pasta water. Blend cottage cheese and then add cream cheese, parmigiano reggiano, and milk and blend all together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3
Shred chicken in slow cooker, add half cooked pasta and sauce. Mix until fully combines. Cook another 15 - 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened and noodles are cooked through.
Step 4
To save leftovers-can be frozen after portioned out into 10 separate servings. To eat after frozen, microwave for about 4 minutes to reheat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk when reheating if sauce absorbs during reheat.
