Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze as much water out of the tofu as possible
Step 2
Heat 1tbsp olive oil in a pan at medium heat and cook the garlic for 2-3 mins. Add the paprika, , black salt and cook for a further minute until aromatic
Step 3
Crumble the tofu into the pan and stir. Pour in the milk and simmer for 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally until it is suitably reduced. Add any spinach/kale as desired
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and serve
