Step 1
sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in medium bowl

In another medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, milk, cottage cheese and vanilla and gently mix into dry ingredients
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk egg whites with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks forms; fold into batter
Step 4
Gently mix berries together and fold half of the berries into the batter.
Step 5
Add Cinnamon
Step 6
On a heated buttered griddle, add 1 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
Step 7
Cook in batches until tiny surface bubbles appear and bottom is golden brown: about 2 to 4 minutes
Step 8
Flip pancakes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 9
Keep warm in the oven at 200F.
Step 10
Top with remaining berries.
