Basil scallion oil noodles

Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles of choice according to packet instructions.
Step 2
To a heatproof bowl add basil, scallions, cilantro, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp of neutral-flavoured oil + 2 tbsp of sesame oil (or you could just heat 3-4 tosp of a neutral-flavoured oil of choice)
Step 4
Pour it over the herby mixture. Let it sizzle then pour in soy sauce and lemon juice
