Peanut Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prep spring roll ingredients and let everyone build their own bowl.
Step 2
For the sauce, warm the peanutbutter in the microwave so it mixes easily. Mix all peanut sauce ingredients together. Add a small amounts of water to make it smoother and runnier if needed. Drizzle over prepared bowls.
Step 3
Mix well. It tastes best when the sauce is coating all ingredients, otherwise the veggies are bland and dry.
