⅓ cupolive oil

½ cuphoney

2eggs

2bananas
large, mashed

¼ cupmilk

1 tspbi-carb soda

1 tspvanilla

½ tspsalt

½ tspcinnamon
+, extra to swirl on top

1 ¾ cupswholemeal flour

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 165°C (fan forced). Grease loaf tin
Step 2

Beat oil and honey together. Add eggs, beat well. Whisk in banana and milk
Step 3

Add bi-carb, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk. Stir in flour until just combined. Fold in any optional mix ins.
Step 4
Pour into tin, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 55-60min
