Okonomiyaki (Japanese style pancake)

Instructions

Step 1
Bacon or prawn = cut into pieces Spring onion = cut into pieces Cabbage = shred (throw away the hard parts
Step 2
Put pancake mix ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Put cabbage, spring onion, sweet corn (and pickled ginger) into the pancake batter and mix well
Step 4
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry up the bacon first and pour the mix(for one pancake) in with a circular motion
Step 5
cook at medium heat for about 3min with a lid.
Step 6
When the bottom of the pancake is light brown, turn it over and cook for about 3min. Then reduce heat to low, cook both sides for a couple of minutes without the lid
Step 7
Spread Worcester sauce and Mayonnaise (and sprinkle fish flakes).
