30gprotein powder
25gMonkfruit sweetener
1 teaspoonbaking powder
¼ teaspoonxanthan gum
¼ teaspooncinnamon

Instructions
Step 1
Blend the powders (preferably in a blender)

oat flour40g
baking powder1 teaspoon
xanthan gum¼ teaspoon
cinnamon¼ teaspoon
Step 2
Whisk the liquids in a bowl (you can remove 1 egg yolk if you want to lower the fats and calories even more)

almond milk
vanilla extract1 teaspoon

Slowly add the liquids to the powders while mixing the whole mixture (add more milk if needed)
Cooking
Step 4
On a hot frying pan add a little bit of cookies spray then add some of the mixture on for your desired size (you should be able to make 3 normal sized pancakes with the mixture)

Flip the pancakes when you notice the bubbles becoming a bit heavier (you can add chocolate chips before doing so)

Check on the bottom half later after flipping and put it on a plate when you're done (it shouldn't take long to cook)

Repeat the process till you are done with the mixture
Step 8
Add your choice of toppings and enjoy
