Gastroparesis Friendly Rice Grits

3 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
Gastroparesis makes it hard to digest food. This is a low fat, low fiber recipe with a decent amount of protein and nutrition. This qualifies as a soft food but still feels like eating. You can really get creative with the flavoring, these are just two options to get you started.
