Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the oats and salt and stir to combine.

Next add yoghurt, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and optional flax seeds, and stir to combine.
Step 3
Scoop/pour the mixture into your bowl/bowls.
Step 4
Cover with an airtight lid and transfer to the fridge overnight.
Step 5
The next day, give everything a good mix and top with whatever you'd like to serve.
