Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop red onions, garlic, half of the chillies, some coriander. Mix in to mince and let it sit in the fridge for a while. Make the balls.
Step 2
Make tarka (see lamb chop recipe) and simmer. Add water to make taari and simmer. Gently drop in meatballs, mot mixing too much and ensure they are covered. Cover and slow cook. It will be cooked when oil floats on the top.
