Step 1
Gather the yeast, sugar, and water together in a large metallic bowl to see if the yeast will bloom. Blooming is a sign of life and needed for dough that can rise.
Step 2
Wait 15 mins letting the yeast continue to grow
Step 3
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and a bit of olive oil to form the dough. If it's sticky, add a small amount of flower but not too much
Step 4
Divide the dough into balls and store in an airtight glass container coated with oil for up to 7 days
Step 5
Shred the mozarella
Step 6
Preheat the oven for 1hr at highest temp possible
Step 7
Prepare the pizza by laying it on a bed of corn meal, and layering tomato sauce, parmesan layer, then cheese
Step 8
Cook in the over for 10-15 mins until spotting occurs
Step 9
Take out and let it rest
