Instructions
Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large pan or wok, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.


Step 3

Add the oyster sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, and black pepper to the pan with the garlic and butter. Stir well to combine and let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes to meld the flavors.




Step 4

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss them in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to heat the noodles through.
Step 5

Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles. Toss again to combine until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.

Step 6

Garnish with green onions, serve and enjoy!
