Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta shells until they are al dente
Step 2
In a pan add olive oil, 1/2 stick of butter, minced garlic, Italian seasonings, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup asiago, 1/2 cup romano, 1/4 pasta water. Mix together until cheese melts and everything is incorporated.

Combine the following for the filling

Pour some alfredo sauce on bottom of oven safe dish. Fill in pasta shells, then pour remainder of sauce on top
Step 5
Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 400.
