Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until a smooth consistency is formed.
Step 2
Heat a pan over a medium-high heat and add a few sprays of low-cal oil.
Step 3
Add a scoop of the mixture to the pan and cook until bubbles start to form.
Step 4
Flip and allow to cook evenly on both sides.
Step 5
Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
Step 6
Add toppings of choice.
