diced
2 Tbschicken seasoning
1onion
finely diced
3 Tbsgarlic
2 Tbssun dried tomato paste
1 ¼ cupchicken bone broth
½ cupheavy whipping cream
or half and half
2 tsporegano
1 tspthyme
1 tspbasil
1 tspparsley
500 gramsrice
cooked
½ cupcheese
shredded, cheddar and mozzarella
red pepper flakes
Broccoli florets
steamed
mushrooms
Cauliflower rice
steamed
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions, add in cubed chicken, seasonings, and mushrooms, cook until browned
Step 2
Add garlic, tomato paste, and herbs, cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add stock and cream, cook for a few minutes
Step 4
Add cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and steamed cauliflower rice, mix together, top with cheese and bake in oven at 350 for 5 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly
