Instructions

Step 1
Saute mushrooms and onion in evoo until golden brown. Add tomato paste while stirring

Deglaze with red wine. Then pour in chicken stock

Pour in tomatoes
Step 4
Simmer 1-2 hours while stirring every 15-30 minutes
