Instructions

Step 1
1. Add your 40g oats and 50ml of milk into a jar or tub. Mix well and press into the vessel to form a base.
Step 2
2. Add 200g of FF yoghurt to a bowl along with your protein. Mix until fully combined.
Step 3
3. Layer your yoghurt mix over the base and smooth the top over.
Step 4
4. Add your peanut butter over the top, doing your best to spread it out as much as possible.
Step 5
5. Repeat this step with your jam.
Step 6
6. Using a toothpick, spread the jam and peanut butter via swirls to distribute evenly.
Step 7
7. Put a lid on and pop in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
Step 8
8. Serve & enjoy!
