Instructions

Step 1
Peel your long potatoes and cut them in long cuboidic shape.

Boil the potatoes after letting them sti in cold water for 10 mins until they cook but are still firm.
Step 3
Pat them dry.
Step 4
Coat the fries with corn starch. Heat the oil while the flame is at the lowest setting. Gently lower the fries in the oil.
Step 5
Don't let them develop colour. Remove them before they develop colour. Coat them with corn flour and fry them at the highest temperature in oil.
Step 6
Coat them with peri peri seasoning and enjoy
