Step 1
Pre heat oven 200°c fan
Step 2
Add gnocchi, onion (cut in wedges), courgette slices and meatballs/mince meat balls into an oven dish with some oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix

Cook for 20-25 mins or until meatballs are cooked and veg is tender.
Step 4
Dissolve tomato puree and stock cube together.
Step 5
Heat a saucepan with a drizzle of cooking oil. Add garlic (chopped) and oregano. Cook until fragrant.
Step 6
Add stock and once boiling reduce heat to a simmer for 5 mins.
Step 7
Top the traybake with cheese and bake until melted.
Step 8
Serve traybake and pour sauce over top.
