This cold pasta salad recipe is one of my favourite ways to sneak a variety of vegetables into a dish, like fresh asparagus, peas, and chickpeas. My favourite part of this chickpea pasta salad recipe has to be the creamy lemon dressing. It’s the perfect tangy flavour to compliment this lemon herb pasta salad.
