Instructions
Step 1
Add bell peppers and onion to a baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes. Otherwise just bake them in a pan on medium to high heat for 10 minutes with olive oil.


Step 2
To slowcooker add the following ingredients: baked vegetables, diced chicken breast, buffalo sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Chicken bouillon, Salt/Pepper/Garlic to taste. Turn on slowcooker for:
High: 2-3 hours
OR
Low: 3-4 hours






Step 3
When done, break apart chicken with thongs. Next blend the following ingredients: cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano, buffalo sauce, milk, honey and Salt & pepper to taste. Next add blended sauce to slowcooker with halfcooked pasta. Cover and cook on high for another 20-25 minutes until pasta is cooked. In the meantime bake bacon in a pot until nice and crispy. Wait until the pasta is done. Add the bacon and chives and voila
