Instructions
Step 1
Chop the steak into small pieces and cut the onions and peppers (keep 3 separate) and tomatoes into pieces
Step 2
Add Frylite to a pan, heat it over a medium heat and then add the steak pieces. Allow to cook through.
Step 3
Once they are cooked, add the chopped vegetables and allow to soften before adding the chopped tomatoes.
Step 4
When everything is cooked, add the spicy mexican rice and mix everything together. Add the salsa and stir to combine
Step 5
Chop the top off the bell peppers and then add the rice mixture to each pepper
Step 6
Top each pepper with a little bit of cheese.
Step 7
Cook in the air fryer at 180C for 10 mins to melt the cheese
